Next year, in 2026, it will be the 50th anniversary of NASS. We would love to celebrate our anniversary with you all and we wanted to start thinking about ideas for our 50th year.

We’ve come up with lots of possibilities and wanted to start by asking your thoughts on our ideas as well as getting your thoughts.

Question Title

* 9. About you: To finish we would like to ask some questions about you. You don’t have to answer these but it will help us to understand our audience, as well as what activities are best suited to who which will help us to plan our 2026 celebrations.

Where in the UK are you based?

Question Title

Question Title

Question Title

* 12. Please choose your age bracket.

Question Title

Question Title

* 15. The Disability Discrimination Act as incorporated in Equality Act 2010 defines a person as disabled if they have a physical or mental impairment which has substantial and long term (i.e. has lasted or is expected to last at least 12 months) adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.

Adverse effects may arise from external barriers experienced by people with impairments. When you answer the question, you should not take into account the effect of any medication or treatments used or adjustments made (for example at work or at home) which reduce the effects of impairments. Instead, you should think about the effect the impairment would have if these were not being used or made.

Taking this into account, do you consider yourself to be a disabled person?

Question Title

* 16. What is your sexual orientation?

Question Title

* 17. Do you consider yourself to be from a low-income household? That is £15,000 a year income before tax or less.

Thank you so much for taking part in the survey. We will use the results to come up with some ideas for our 50th anniversary which we will share with you over the coming months.
