The 47th CEPIS Council meeting will take place at NH Hotel du Grand Sablon in Brussels, Belgium on Thursday, 17 November 2011. CEPIS has secured the booking of hotel rooms at €145.00 per night, including a buffet breakfast.

We invite each Member Society to fill out the registration form below indicating their hotel requirements. CEPIS will then confirm the booking directly with the hotel. Members do not need to contact the hotel directly.

Upon arrival at the hotel each Member Society will be asked for their credit card details. The cost of the hotel room and all incidentals must be covered individually by each Member. CEPIS Members shall be responsible for any cost related to last-minute cancellations.

The CEPIS Council dinner will be at a local restaurant on the evening of Thursday, 17 November.

Please complete this registration form at your earliest convenience, or at the latest by Wednesday, 2 November, to secure your accommodation and restaurant reservation.
