This survey is being taken by the City of Asheville Community Development Division as part of the development of the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan. If you have received this survey you either participated in Consolidated Plan meetings in November and December 2009, or indicated an interest in the process. The Consolidated Plan will guide the Asheville Regional Housing Consortium and the City of Asheville in the use of federal HOME and Community Development Block Grant funds for the next five years. The survey results will be used to help determine those funding priorities.
