Ward 4 Resident's Survey on the Stadium

 
The City of Regina has dedicated $73M to the construction of a new, open air "roof ready" stadium to be located at Evraz. They are also borrowing $100M from the Province of Saskatchewan on loan. The
Province will provide $80M and the Riders will raise $25M to contribute. There will also be an increased facility fee for users of the stadium to help recover some of the costs. Obviously, this is a significant
investment of tax dollars. Ward 4 residents, please take a moment to share your thoughts. I care about what you have to say.
