Employer Wage & Compensation Survey

SURVEY EXPLANATION

INTRO: As the Workforce Development Agency for Gratiot-Ionia-Isabella-Montcalm counties, Central Area Michigan Works! Consortium (CAMWC) is partnering with your local chamber of commerce to update our statistics regarding wages and benefits for our region. While we can readily access wage information through the Labor Market Information website, information regarding benefits is not provided.

Since the economic downturn, it appears that wages have declined. We also believe that benefits have as well, with most employers rescinding benefits or requiring more employee contribution. We want to base our assumptions on correct information, so would appreciate your participation in this brief survey, and believe it will benefit you as well to have accurate, up to date information.

SINCE WE ARE USING SURVEYMONKEY TO OBTAIN RESPONSES, YOUR ANSWERS ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS AND CONFIDENTIAL. Thanks in advance for your valuable input! This survey will close February 17, and results will be posted on the CAMWC website under Employer Resources, beginning 21st. If you’d like to receive the link directly, simply e-mail kathyv@8cap.org
