1. Background
North American – Young Generation in Nuclear surveys have successfully provided the “voice of the young generation” for the past 5 years. These surveys have allow for the collection and dissemination of the organization’s collective viewpoints on many topics. This year, the NA-YGN Survey and KT&R Committees have joined forces to develop a survey instrument to collect members’ perspectives on knowledge transfer programs.
The goal of this survey is to provide subject matter experts in KT&R and industry executives feedback on the success of different KT&R activities from a customer’s point of view.
Survey responses will be analyzed for trends and results will be captured in a survey report available to the public.
For the purposes of this survey, knowledge transfer is the process used for distributing important knowledge within the workforce from experienced workers to less experienced.
