The short survey is to give Special Olympics Kingston and fitness professionals a better understanding of the needs of athletes and their families in regards to exercising. We hope this information will better improve the fitness options available to you.

2. I exercise aerobically (continuous, vigourous exercise producing sweat for a minimum of thirty minutes at least

3. My Exercise program includes an adequate amount of each of the three major fitness components (Cardio, Strength, Flexibility)

4. I am interested in having a personal trainer develop a fitness program and exercise with me at home

5. I am interested in having a personal trainer develop a fitness program and exercise with me at a local gym

6. I am interested in small group training (2-4) people at home

7. I am interested in small group training (4-8 people) at a gym

8. Rates for personal trainers vary from $40-$80, per hour, depending on how many in the group and how many weeks of training. For the services of a personal trainer, on a weekly basis I am able to afford
