The Finger Lakes ReUse eCenter’s mission is to enhance community, economy and environment through the reuse of electronics and computer technology. We seek to provide the community with affordable computers, computer peripherals and Information Technology (IT) services, keep hazardous electronic waste out of the landfill, and offer hands-on technology education. You can learn more about the eCenter’s objectives, programs and services by visiting our website.
While the eCenter has a variety of program goals, one of our top priorities is to serve the basic IT needs of the Finger Lakes nonprofit community. Nonprofit organizations provide essential services in our community, and it is our goal to ensure that nonprofits have the technology and IT support they need to fulfill their missions.
With the information you supply, we will develop and maintain a database that documents each participating nonprofit’s immediate IT needs and plans for IT expansion. This database will help the eCenter match refurbished technology to the specific requirements of your organization. Additionally, this survey will help the eCenter develop and implement more advanced IT services and trainings, better enabling us to meet your organization’s needs.
Thank you for helping the eCenter improve by participating in our Nonprofit IT Needs Assessment. Organizations that complete the survey will have the opportunity to win either a free PC workstation or a detailed consultation with eCenter staff to further assess and address organizational technology, support and training needs.
