We are aware that many of you have to travel across town to consult at the Medical Centre or the main surgery. We believe that we provide good appointment availability and tailored services to students and that the time it takes to commute should not be that great.

6. How easy was it to contact the Medical Centre or Surgery to make an appointment? eg could you get through on the telephone?

7. Were you aware that you could see a nurse or a doctor at the main surgery (Underwood) as well as the Medical Centre?

8. Were you given an appointment at a convenient time?

9. If appointment was difficult to make e.g. phone engaged, or appointments offered were not convenient (e.g. no appointment available for usual doctor for 2 weeks) then please could you give us details of the problem?
