Dealing with the Child Support Agency

 

Sole Parents’ Union is working with the Child Support Agency to help them improve the way they communicate with you. We have had a lot of reports from parents about the amount of communication they do (or sometimes do not) receive, as well as the clarity of it.

So we are asking you for your opinion. Do you get letters or other information from the CSA, or do you talk with them about what’s happening with your case? If so, what’s easiest for you and why? Equally important – what’s difficult for you and why.
