Our main topic for this week's show is Advertising in Games; more specifically, I'm interested in how much advertising would you tolerate in order to play the game for free. Below are some theories/concepts that I was thinking of to make games free 2 play or reduced in price so a player could still get everything for free(classes/abilities/items/weapons etc.) I've listed a few theories/concepts that would allow for free-2-play or reduced pricing without restricting the player's gameplay experience (classes/abilities/items/weapons/etc)



Now keeping in mind companies make games to make money I am trying to find a sweet spot for companies and Players so below are my ideas, please vote on which ones you would more likely do based on the following conditions.



1) Hot AAA title that everyone is talking about and has received fantastic reviews

2) Game would have a subscription fee model (monthly or yearly) and future DLC that could be purchased

3) Game has a campaign and multi player modes

4) All adds and advertising could be turned of/disabled if you shell out the bucks for everything
