Survey on Generational Behaviors and Attitudes in the Workplace

To encourage responses from a variety of people from across all age brackets, we will be making one donation of $100.00 to a Registered Canadian Charity of choice of one of the respondents. This respondent will be chosen at random on or about June 30, 2011 from those who complete the information at the end of the survey.

A lot has been written and spoken about how there are four generations in the workplace and the unique challenges this creates.

Bill Gilbert is a professional speaker, trainer and author who specializes in sharing ideas that help leaders learn how to attract, hire and keep more Top Performers. He has studied the subject of leadership for over 20 years. He has helped organizations change their leadership culture and become more efficient and profitable.

This survey is part of his ongoing research to ensure clients continue receive valid and valuable ideas that will help people achieve their potential in the workplace.

This survey is divided into four parts:

1. Some background on you.
2. Your views and attitudes towards work.
3. Your perceptions of the views and attitudes of others towards work.
4. Optional information to provide the name of your favourite charity and learn of some of the results of the survey.

It is estimated the survey will take 10 - 15 minutes to complete.
