Automatically send link to each post to every social media tool so the info is widespread.
Send some stories out via the social media tools. Like tweet about a Newsweek article, but don't blog about it.
Put original content on Facebook and Google+ so it isn't just a list of blog posts.
Make the buttons more visible on your bog page.
Don't ask me to donate to pay for your blogging. Ever.
Marketing.
Sponsor LGBTQ events and get people to sign up there.
Specifically tell me when a post/link needs to be retweeted or shared. I want to help!

. Did you know that Facebook does not permit "pages" to use the words "gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender or queer" in a page name? For example, my personal page is www.facebook.com/SueKerr When I tried to name my Blog page faceook.com/pghlesbian, it was automatically deleted. I had to go through GLAAD to get it fixed and they just made an exception.
