Be One of the Next Faces of ADA!
As you have probably noticed, ADA is featuring members (photos and testimonials) in a variety of our communication pieces including membership materials and the FNCE Program Preview. To continue to represent the varying characteristics of our membership, we are once again searching for the Faces of ADA to represent the organization in our 2012-2013 membership materials.
We would love to have you participate by completing this survey and submitting your photo. Note: Your entry will not be considered complete until you e-mail a high resolution photo to marketing@eatright.org. Please make sure your e-mail includes your full name, city, state, country, and your ADA membership number.
Winning entries will be featured in ADA’s e-newsletter and you will also be invited to participate in a photoshoot at the 2011 ADA Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, September 24 - 27, in San Diego, CA. In addition, winners will be awarded a free ADA membership for the 2012-2013 membership year. We look forward to receiving your completed survey and your photograph to complete your entry!
