Title of Study: Development and initial validation of the Expertise Development Survey


You are invited to participate in this survey regarding Expertise Development. I am a graduate student at the University of Connecticut, and am conducting this survey as part of my course work. I am interested in finding out the critical elements in developing expertise.

Your participation in this study will require the completion of the attached questionnaire. This should take approximately 5-10 minutes of your time. Your participation will be anonymous and you will not be contacted again in the future. You will not be paid for being in this study. We believe this survey does not involve any risk to you. Although you may find it interesting to participate in this study, there will be no direct benefit to you from your participation.

You do not have to be in this study if you do not want to be. I will be happy to answer any questions you have about this study.
