Thank you for taking the West Bank School of Music website survey. We are conducting this survey to get feedback on the current website (www.wbsm.org), and some proposed new features. Your candid answers and comments will help us determine how to make the new website more functional and usable. Some of the questions are about the current website, so you may find it helpful to open another browser window with the WBSM website.

You can navigate forward and backward using the "previous" and "next" buttons at the bottom of each page. At the end of the survey please click "done" to send your responses. After that, you will not be able to change any of your answers. If necessary, you can exit the survey at any time by using the "exit" button at the top of the screen, but your responses will not be saved. Total survey time is approximately 5 minutes.
