. Ultimate Canada is looking into the possibility of sending teams to the 2010 U23 World Championships taking place in Florence, Italy from July 19-25. Our attendance is not guaranteed and is dependent on interest domestically and the commitment of international teams for each division. In order to gauge interest and plan our program we need the feedback of eligible players (born from 1987-1990). I understand that Ultimate Canada has not committed to sending teams and Canada's attendance is not guaranteed. Please note: if you answer no to this question, we will not consider other information you provide in this survey.

. Attendance at a World Championship is an expensive endeavor. The total cost to attend the 2010 U23 World Championship will likely be between $2,000-3,000/player when transportation, accommodation, food, jerseys and player fees are factored in. This does NOT include the potential additional costs associated with training camps ($200-800) and try-outs ($50-150). I understand the financial costs associated with the 2010 U23 World Championships and I am willing and able to pay these costs. Please note: if you answer no to this question, we will not consider other information you provide in this survey.
