How to Build and Use an Organizational Dashboard
Organizational dashboards are emerging as a valuable tool for measuring and tracking organizational performance – in an easy and inexpensive way. Dashboards can be used to track organizational impact, efficiency, employee satisfaction, governance, and other factors. This workshop introduces a dashboard tool specifically developed for nonprofits and will provide you with a strong start towards implementing this tool. We’ll also explore other tools, including other dashboard models and scorecards.
