Satiety Study 504 Recruitment
The study is being done to develop a method to assess the satiety of food items that correlate the subjective (questionnaire responses) and objective (gut hormone levels) response to food intake, and to determine the extent to which commonly consumed foods influence satiety responses. You would visit the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center up to 5 times. The first visit is the Information Visit where you will be given information about the study. The second visit is a Screening Visit where you will be screened to assure that you meet eligibility criteria for participation. If you qualify for and are interested in participating in the study, you will be scheduled for three test visits up to 2 weeks apart. This study is being conducted by Susan K. Raatz, Ph.D., R.D. at the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center in Grand Forks, ND.
