Volunteer Opportunities of Interest. Select all that apply. Chapter Service Subject Matter Expert: Serves as the primary resource person for the chapter services staff by providing resources, reviewing material and providing direction for a given topic.

Domain Director: Recruits members to serve on local BOGs and supports one to four chapters (undergraduates and alumni) in a given geographic region.

Executive Council Retreat: An education program that offers information and resources to chapter leadership.

Local Chapter Board of Governors: A local chapter’s governing body, comprised of six or more members who meet monthly to discuss chapter issues and monitor chapter activity.

Local Chapter Housing Corporation: A chapter’s volunteer group that meets regularly to maintain the local chapter house and property.

Recruiting Men of Character Retreat: An education program that offers information and resources on the Phi Kappa Tau 5-Step Recruitment Process.

ResponsAbility Retreat: An education program that offers information and resources on bystander behavior.

Ritual Retreat: An education program that offers information and resources on the Phi Kappa Tau Ritual.

Building Men of Character Retreat: A weekend chapter retreat designed to help identify issues and build action plans to correct them.

Educational Subject Matter Expert: Serves as the primary resource person for the education staff by helping to design an online program for members about specific education-related topics.

Leadership Academy: A one-week, character-development program for young, up-and-coming undergraduate leaders.

Presidents Academy: A weekend program designed to teach incoming chapter presidents the tools and resources needed to be successful in office.

Regional Conferences: A weekend conference for chapter officers that provides resources and idea-sharing with peers from the region.
