Dear Service-Learning Teacher:
RMC Research Corporation is working with the School District of Philadelphia to conduct an evaluation of the Partnerships in Character Education program. The purpose of this study is to measure the impacts of the program on participating students and teachers. Gaining information on how to maximize quality will enable participating schools and partner organizations in Philadelphia to ensure that their programs are effective and that they have positive influences on students.
The following survey contains questions about your implementation of Senior Projects at your school. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions on this survey, and it is expected that it will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Participation is voluntary. You may decide not to participate in this study and you may stop and withdraw at any time. Your decision will not result in loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
