2011 MCWT Mentee Survey

MCWT Survey Purpose and Definitions

The purpose of this application is to gather information about your desire to become a Mentee for the MCWT Mentoring Program (MCWT-M).

As a Mentee, you will have the opportunity to enhance your professional development by discussing business challenges with an experienced person and receive honest constructive feedback, support and encouragement.

The MCWT-M will review all survey responces and match the mentee/mentor based on the results. The program requirements are:

• You must be a member of the MCWT to participate. If you are not currently a member, please go to www.mcwt.org and click on Membership to pay an annual fee of $85 to become a member.

• You must provide a resume or personal biography to mentor@mcwt.org in addition to completing this application.

• You must choose to be a mentor or a mentee. You may not particpate in the program as both a mentor and mentee.

• The Mentor/Mentee engagement will last twelve (12) months.

• Participants are encouraged to meet monthly.

• Twice throughout the year, all participants will be invited to attend a group networking/learning session.

• MCWT-M will solicit your feedback about your mentoring experience. Throughout the year, we will want to know about your progress; however your comments and recommendations are welcome anytime.

• MCWT-M will conduct a follow-up survey that can be completed by the individual partners anonymously to be sure the “matches” are compatible.
