The information will also be used to provide the Ohio Treasury with the data necessary for our benchmarking efforts.
PLEASE NOTE: Completion of the GrowNOW Owner Compliance Questionnaire is required for continued participation in the GrowNOW interest rate reduction program. Failure to complete the form within 30 days of receipt may result in revocation of the interest rate reduction program benefits.
