A significant amount of work has been undertaken over the past year to review and improve the existing appraisal scheme. We need to make sure that we get the revised processes right before we extend this to the rest of the University. That's where you come in – your department is part of the pilot of the new Performance & Development Review (PDR) and as such we really need your feedback.
There are two sections to the questionnaire as we appreciate that its not just the paperwork that is important but also how the process operates. Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire and give us your feedback once you have had your review. Ideally you should complete the questionnaire as soon after your meeting as possible while it is still fresh in your mind.
Your feedback is confidential and an external consultant will be collating and analysing the feedback.
Please don't rely on others to provide feedback. It is vital that this process works for everyone and your feedback is the only way we can ensure that we have got it right.
