The plan is to survey our employees once each year to get a snapshot view on their opinions regarding working conditions, safety, training needs, and administrative support services.
Our intent is to use this information to develop plans and strategies to improve both our services and your job satisfaction.
We are using a service that will keep all survey responses, including yours, anonymous. After you complete your survey, you will be given a code and re-directed to the Northern Area Companies web page to "claim" a thank you gift for completing the survey. We will need your name then - but only to get your gift to you.
