If you have food allergies or any medical condition that requires a specific type of food or eating schedule, please explain in the box below (you do not have to go into detail about your condition, just your requierments). If the camp overall provides food, but you can't eat any of it and have to bring your own, you may be eligible for a lower price upon documentation of your issue. However, we can offer low-sugar, vegetarian, or alternative options for common food issues.

. Some campsites we are looking at require a fee to hold an event there. This means that the camp itself would cost each camper money, plus any fun crafts or activities we hold would need supplies. What is the MAXIMUM amount of money you would be willing to spend on a weekend Homestuck camp retreat IF FOOD IS NOT OFFERED AND YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN?

. If the camp costs money, you would be asked for that about one month before the date of the camp in order to reserve the grounds and buy supplies and (potentially) food. This money would ensure your spot in the camp, however you would be locked in to going (so we don't get people dropping out and find ourselves in debt). Medical and family emergencies would be an exception. In the rare and unforeseeable case that the camp must be cancelled (freak hurricane, campsite blows up, ect) your money would be fully refunded. Are you okay with this?

. Because I can only ask 10 questions per survey, this last question is in two parts. First, would you be interested in volunteering to be a counselor? You would have to be above 18 years of age and have leadership experience (when we start looking for help we would have an interview and you would send us sort of a resume). You should also be willing to submit to a background check. The position would not be paid.
Second, are there any other things you would like to tell us? Anything you think we should take into consideration in terms of worries, any legal issues you fear we may be overlooking? Any special accommodations you feel we should make? We want to make sure people can have as much fun at this as possible, so we want to hear from you!
