In an average week, I am required by administration to extend my eight (8) hour workday (including the duty free lunch period and planning time).

5. When I am required to participate in evening or weekend school functions (e.g. staff meetings, back-to-school nights, and parent conferences), the administration provides me compensatory time.

6. In general, I receive a continuous thirty (30) minutes of duty free lunch provided between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

7. The plan time I receive during my 8-hour work day is enough time to complete the required planning needed to perform my teaching responsibilities successfully.

8. Required meetings (e.g. PLC/PLT) during my plan time are directly related to student instruction and beneficial to decreasing my workload and help me to more efficiently complete duties.

9. The workload (e.g. total student load, student contact time, # of sections taught) assigned to me ensures that I can provide a stimulating learning environment for all my students and maximize their individual learning.

10. Posting materials to a web based program for your students to access is a required part of my daily routine (e.g. blackboard, blog).

11. The administration requires me to post my materials to a web based program in one form or another so that students and parents have access to my curriculum and teaching materials.

12. The process of posting materials to a web based program is a part of my evaluation process.
