How should Congressional Democrats proceed with national health care reform now that Senator-Elect Scott Brown has promised to break their 60 vote supermajority?   Dems should push the bill through before Brown is sworn in. Dems should pass the watered-down version of the Senate bill, which would not require the supermajority to pass. Dems should try to reach out to Republicans to win some of their votes.
