WSDOT and the PCC Rail Authority welcome public review and comment on this Draft Strategic Plan. The plan can be viewed at http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Freight/PCCPlan.htm. This date has been changed from March 31, 2015 to allow for additional comments.
