Registration Agreement
In light of the current financial crisis, many travel budgets have been cut or eliminated altogether. However, the Community Service Director's Retreat is offered at no charge and includes meals. Some complimentary lodging scholarships are also available if you live more than 50 miles away from the venue. Because space and funds are limited, we trust you will make every effort to arrive on time and be a fully engaged participant, once you have agreed to do so by completing the following registration information.
