WESTPAC HAWKE'S BAY SECONDARY SCHOOLS SPORTS AWARDS
DATE: MONDAY 4TH NOVEMBER 2013
VENUE: HAWKE'S BAY OPERA HOUSE, HASTINGS
TIME: 7PM

NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

a) Nominees will have been under nineteen years of age on 1 January 2013
b) Nominees will have represented their school in the sport in which they are nomininated or, if not the case, the school will have nominated them for regional selection during 2013
c) Nominees will have been enrolled in a Hawke's Bay Secondary School on 31st October 2013
d) Any performances occurring between 1st October 2012 and 27th September 2013 will be considered by the judges
e) The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
f) Nominations must be made by a Hawke's Bay Secondary School and be approved by the Principal
g) All nominations must be accompanied by a media (JPEG) quality photograph in their chosen sport preferably an action photo. Please send photos to robyns@sporthb.net.nz

Please note:
The objective of the awards is to give profile and recognition to high achieving Hawke's Bay Secondary School athletes. Therefore Schools are encouraged to nominate their students deemed high achievers in their sport. Schools can determine their own criteria to base their nominations and Principals should be consulted and included in this process
