2013 Confidential Gay Community Health Survey

Thank you for participating in the Health Education Learning Project's annual Confidential Gay Community Sexual Health Survey. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

We use the information to identify current community sexual health practices and other factors related to effective HIV prevention programming.

In order to protect your confidentiality and eliminate duplications you will create a unique personal code rather than using your name. Please answer each question honestly and accurately.
