2013 Sponsorship Request Submission - Annual All Day Conference

The Silicon Valley Chapter of the NASPP is now seeking sponsorships for its 2013 Annual All-Day Conference. The event will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara. Any questions about the sponsorship process can be emailed to sponsors@svcnaspp.com Sponsorships are limited to available space and awarded on a first-payment received basis. Please see below for the available sponsorship levels and the associated benefits:

Lunch - $4500

• -your company name/logo prominently displayed on signs at the lunch buffet.
• -table in vendor area.
• -three complimentary conference registrations.
• -company name included in marketing items and handouts, including visit/raffle cards.
• -if you would like to provide cups or napkins with a logo, please make a note in the comments section.

Breakfast - $2000

• -your company name/logo prominently displayed on a sign at the breakfast buffet.
• -one complimentary conference registration.
• -company name included in marketing items and handouts.
• -does not include a table in the vendor area

Snack - $1000

• -your company name/logo prominently displayed on a sign at the snack table.
• -one complimentary conference registration.
• -company name included in marketing items and handouts.
• -does not include a table in the vendor area

Payment must be received by April 15, 2013 to confirm your sponsorship and to guarantee that your company name is included in marketing items and handouts. Sponsorships for last year's Conference sold out, so we encourage you to begin planning now for this year's event.
