In an effort to continue to provide the very best education for future high school students, you are being asked to complete this survey. The survey is divided into three parts. Part 1 is about your future plans, Part 2 is about your satisfaction with your education and Part 3 asks you to list the strengths of your high school as well as suggestions that you have for improvement of the school. This information will be used by your school to help with future educational planning. Information from Part 1 will be used in required Wisconsin state reports.
