1. Sign up for a booth at the 2011 Conscience Fair
The 2012 StarNews Conscience Fair will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, in the McKeithan Center at Cape Fear Community College’s North Campus, 4500 Blue Clay Road. Nonprofit organizations will present information about their volunteer opportunities.
NOTE: Si Cantwell's plea: I don't have time to check every time someone signs up whether the signup is successful, and this survey doesn't send a confirmation email.
We will post the list of participants signed up for the Conscience Fair every couple of days at www.ConscienceOnline.com. Check there to confirm that you are on the list.
We'll try to update it every two working days.
If your name's not on the list, fill out the survey again. And if that still doesn't work, contact Si Cantwell at 343-2364 or si.cantwell@starnewsonline.com.
Doors at the Conscience Fair will open at 8 a.m. for setup. THERE IS NO CHARGE for nonprofit groups to present at the fair, but space is limited. We have room for about 100 organizations. Spaces will be assigned on a first-signup, first-served basis. The earlier you sign up, the better your spot will be.
Nonprofits must commit to staffing their tables for the entire 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. public hours. Last year, people coming in the afternoon complained about numerous empty tables. No tables can be broken down until 3 p.m.
No food or drink, please.

We need the following information from participating agencies. Please avoid mistakes in spelling, and give a phone number and e-mail address that the public can call for information about your organization.
We will make the information available to the public.
