Will you attend the Faculty & Staff Resource Fair on October 9th between 11am and 3pm in Baker University Center Ballroom?
Light refreshments will be available, we appreciate your RSVP by October 5th so we may plan accordingly.
If YES please provide the following:
Kroger will be on site to provide free flu shots to employees covered by the University’s Anthem/Express Scripts health plans. An Express Scripts identification card MUST be presented in order to receive the shot at the Resource Fair. Do you plan on receiving your flu shot during the Resource Fair?
If yes, please choose an approximate time that you plan on attending the fair.
The following groups will be in attendance, please mark those you are interested in visiting. Check the Human Resources website for updates as more groups are added.
Don't forget to bring a supply of your business cards or small slips of paper with your name and contact information to enter DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS at participating tables.
