APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
Application Deadline – February 1, 2012

CSDC is pleased to announce its Charter School Business Manager Training Program. Admission to this program is by competitive application and is at the discretion of CSDC. Applicants will be accepted on a rolling admission basis. CSDC seeks a diverse participant clientele and does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Prospective participants should carefully review the information contained in this application as well as the more detailed and related information on CSDC’s web site.

The Charter School Business Manager Training Program is comprised of 14 modules that are presented both in-person (over 5 days) and online, supplemented with intensive, individualized instruction.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

The Charter School Business Manager Training Program is designed for California charter school directors, business officers, governing board treasurers, charter-granting agency staff and certified public accountants who have significant financial management and/or oversight responsibilities and who are committed to attending and participating actively in a rigorous training program. This program is not intended for consultants or service providers.
WHEN & WHERE:

The Charter School Business Manager Training Program is scheduled to begin the week of February 20, 2012. There will be an initial online module due at the beginning of the week and all participants will need to attend in person trainings in Sacramento on February 23rd -24th and on May 16th -18th. Additional online modules need to be completed in-between those dates. Program dates are subject to change based on presenter availability; CSDC will provide as much notice as possible if changes are necessary.

PROGRAM FEES:

Members $1985

Non-Members $2360

Payment is required at the time of application. The program tuition covers registration, materials, workshop presentations, individualized support and instruction, and an evening dinner/networking event.

Lodging, food, and travel expenses are not included in the program fees. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. Travel and hotel recommendations and other detailed information will be provided upon acceptance to the program.
