Did you ever wonder how you could transform your teaching during your busy clinical practice? Do you wish you could reach learners at different levels in brief encounters and help them grow from these encounters? Come explore strategies for getting the most out of your clinical teaching. We will review the importance of setting goals to structure educational encounters and review micro-teaching skills including the One Minute Preceptor. Additionally, we will explore how applying these techniques naturally lays foundations for improved feedback to learners.
