Dear Members and Friends of Unity Church:
Welcome to our 2012 Annual Congregational Survey. Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this important survey. We believe you will find the experience interesting and thought provoking.
The information you provide is of critical importance to both the Board of Trustees and the Executive Team. We will use the results to evaluate our progress and identify areas in which we need to dedicate additional time and resources.
The 15 items in Section 1 deal with the Ends Statements the Board established in 2008. We are interested in your perception of how the Church is doing in these vital areas that project who we want to become as a church community.
Responses to the 18 items in Section 2 provide us with information related to how you as an individual feel about your personal spirituality and how you live your life in the world.
Section 4 is a brief set of questions dealing with the area of anti-racism. Please pay close attention and answer only the set of questions with which you identify.
Section 5 is a single question about communications and the Unity Tomorrow facilities planning process.
Your opinion counts. Please complete the survey by June 15. Hearing from everyone is our goal.
Results will be shared with you in the fall.
