Leader Star Award Criteria
A Leader Star is a Chicago Cares volunteer who has stepped up to the call of leadership in any capacity for the organization. The Leader Star is dependable and trustworthy and represents Chicago Cares with enthusiasm and inspiration. The Leader Star does more than volunteer; they manage the volunteer experience, on-site logistics, and implementation of the project. The Leader Star has the ability to inspire volunteers, make the project memorable and meaningful for all who participate and is ready to pitch in wherever they are needed. They spread the mission of Chicago Cares with excitement and dedication. They are a leader in good standing with Chicago Cares.
