2012 Healthcare Call Center Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in the 2012 Healthcare Call Center Survey. This study is a comprehensive assessment of management, operations, marketing and technology issues facing healthcare call centers today.

The study is jointly sponsored by Healthcare Call Center Times, Corporate Health Group and Neathawk Dubuque & Packett and the results will be presented at the 24th Annual Conference of Healthcare Call Centers to be held June 20-22 in Philadelphia.

The survey will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete and all information will be strictly confidential. Please make every effort to answer the questions as best you can, but feel free to skip questions that are not applicable to your situation. There will be an opportunity to share comments or suggestions at the end of the survey.

Note: This survey primarily deals with public-facing consumer clinical and physician referral call centers. Many institutions have other types of business, IT and financial call centers. These other call centers do not apply to this survey although some business services that are performed by your center may be included in several of the questions.

Also, be sure to read the questions carefully as the survey has changed slightly from previous years in an effort to make the study more comprehensive and current. If you have any problems with the survey or questions regarding the content feel free to email Richard Cohen at cohen03@bellsouth.net
