1. Conference Questions, Ideas and comments.

 
The Bus/CS Division 2011 Innovation Conference committee would greatly appreciate your input on how we will manage this year’s symposium. Your ideas and input are vital to our ability to put on another great event and to help develop focus and manage our resources.

2011 Innovation Conference - Preliminary Data Collection Survey
Note: Data for this survey will be used only by the 2011 Innovation Conference Committee at De Anza and will not be distributed outside of the the Bus/CS Division. All survey responses are confidential & anonymous.

1. What dates do you think would be best for our event? Please note that the event MUST be held after the Accreditation Period in Fall.
2. On what day or days would you be able to assist with the event? Friday, Saturday, Both? And at what time(s)?
3. How would you like to contribute your skills to the symposium? Would you like to head up a committee or possibly help organize in some way before or during the event?
4. Do you have any suggestions about who we can invite to be the Keynote Speaker or give sessions either in person and/or on the web? If so, can you provide their contact information?
5. Do you have ideas about what groups or companies to invite as participants and how we can contact them?
6. What group or groups should we target as attendees?
7. Do you have any Industry Contacts that you think might like to contribute their time either as part of a committee or by serving on the advisory board? If so, who might that be and how can we contact them?
8. What topics would you like to see addressed at the event, in the way of technology, business, local industries, other innovation, education, etcetera?
9. Can you think of something we should be asking on this survey?
