Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama is interested in feedback as we are planning for our 2011-2012 Membership Year. Please fill out this survey by February 12, 2012. Troops, girls and/or volunteers who complete this survey and submit by the deadline and include their name and/or troop number, will be placed in a drawing for tickets to their choice event (Alabama Adventure, Circus, Disney on Ice) or for a Council-sponsored event of their choosing (up to $20.00 per participant).

Please note that all questions require a response (may select N/A if question doesn't apply to you) to move forward in the survey.
