If your company meets four basic criteria, please take a few minutes to complete this application and put your company in the running for the 2010 Future 50.
1. Headquartered in the 7-county region (Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha County);

2. Independent, private ownership (not a subsidiary, franchise, or division);

3. Fast growth of sales and employment (averaged over the past three years);

4. In business for at least three years.
This is not a popularity contest. There is no subjective committee of judges. Your company’s growth numbers will earn you a coveted place on the Future 50 list. EXTENDED DEADLINE: Friday, May 14, 2010.
