On behalf of Arizona Emergency Medical Systems, Inc. (AEMS), we invite you to exhibit your products and information materials at our 10th Annual EMS Odyssey Conference. Our conference will be held on June 3-4, 2010 at the Mesa Marriott Hotel in Mesa, Arizona.

2010 marks the 10th Anniversary of the EMS Odyssey Conference. For nearly a decade, the EMS Odyssey has been revered as an outstanding educational conference, addressing all levels of prehospital and emergency providers for the Central Arizona region and statewide.

While we are truly honored to celebrate the EMS Odyssey’s 10 years of successes, this milestone is bittersweet. It falls during down economic times, which has affected most everyone involved with EMS and Prehospital care. For this reason, AEMS hopes to offer a silver lining for those enduring dark financial clouds. Our goal for 2010 is to enhance the EMS Odyssey conference experience, while maintaining its affordability.

As a business that caters to EMS, you understand that the realm of emergency medicine is dynamic and fluid, with constant changes in protocols, procedures, equipment, etc. Moreover, you recognize the importance of and are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of the essential services provided by the professionals who dedicate themselves to emergency and trauma patient care for our communities across Arizona. For these reasons and more, we believe you will readily appreciate the enormous value and educational necessity the EMS Odyssey Conference renders. We seek your partnership in our ongoing quest to coordinate a learning forum that has and continues to support excellence and innovation in first response, emergency medical, and trauma care. Help us achieve our goal of making 2010’s conference a beneficial and cost-effective educational event for Arizona healthcare professionals.

In return for your support, we are offering prospective exhibitors/sponsors with expanded and exciting marketing opportunities. In addition to the standard exhibit table option, we offer the choice of maximizing your visibility through five levels of major sponsorship support – Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each level provides your company with unique promotional benefits that accentuates your presence among conference participants. Additionally, Advertising is available that provides an ADvantageous vehicle to reach and sustain the interest of participants. Our Advertising includes: the Conference Brochure (distributed to 1000 prospective participants throughout Arizona); the Conference Program (distributed to all conference participants); the 10th Anniversary T-Shirt (with your name identified on back and distributed to all conference participants); and Website Features (your name and phone number placed on AEMS website for three months).

The fees and all the complete benefits of the sponsorship levels, standard exhibit table, and advertising are detailed below. Please note that exhibitors will be accepted on first come, first serve basis, as there is limited space available. If you are interested in attending the conference, please complete the online Exhibitor/Sponsorship application form and remit with your payment as soon as possible. After we receive your application and payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you with complete conference logistical details. The conference brochure will be available in March.

AEMS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Your financial support is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

+ Company representative will be introduced as primary sponsor prior to introduction of keynote speaker;

+ One full page ad in conference program (black and white, camera ready, no bleeds);

+ Placement of company’s banner or sign at the front of Grand Ballroom (location of all general sessions) for entire conference;

+ Company name and logo will be featured as part of slide presentation continuously shown in Grand Ballroom during participants’ arrival at conference for both days;

+ One six foot table with skirting (includes electrical outlet if needed);

+ Company’s contact information listed in conference program;

+ Two lunch tickets per day.

> PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $4,000

+ Company acknowledged as sponsor of one luncheon;

+ One full page ad in conference program (black and white, camera ready, no bleeds);

+ Company name and logo will be featured as part of slide presentation continuously shown in Grand Ballroom during participants’ arrival at conference for both days;

A fund has been established to support those Central Region EMS and Trauma professionals who are in need so that they may attend the 2010 EMS Odyssey Conference. Priority will be given to eligbile candidates from rural areas. Our goal is to cover the registration fee and one night's hotel stay (room only) for all eligible recipients. The approximate value of a full scholarship is $250.
