2010 ACCE BOK Survey
Introduction
As described in the email sent to you, you have been invited to participate in this survey to assist the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE) with developing the scope of practice and knowledge base for clinical engineers during their day-to-day work.
The results will be compiled and analyzed by ACCE for use by the U.S. Board of Examiners for Clinical Engineering Certification in designing the Clinical Engineering Certification exam. The participation in this survey by Clinical Engineering Practitioners, such as yourself, is critical to identify how clinical engineering is practiced today.
The results will be used to ensure the certification exam closely matches the body of knowledge clinical engineers need to function in their jobs.
