If you have completed a Hidden Art self-assessment form in the past, or even if this is your first time, you are probably wondering why you have to fill it in once a year.
This is needed for two reasons.
1. For you.
In the day to day running of a creative business, it can be very hard to take a ‘long view’ of improvements and plans for the organisational structure of your enterprise. By completing this form you are made to study the way your business works, and to think about the progress you are (or in some cases, aren’t) making from year to year.
2. For us.
Hidden Art is a not-for-profit organisation. As such we have to provide evidence of progression within our members businesses. By completing this form, you allow us to show our funders how we are helping the design industry which, in turn, allows us to offer more opportunity to you as our members.
