2010 Congregational Survey

Our survey consists of two distinct sections.


SECTION 1: PERSONAL DEMOGRAPHICS

The first section of our survey will consist of personal demographic information. We will use this information to update our church database records which are sorely out of date. Please rest assured that any personal information you enter here will be used solely for that purpose and will NOT be associated with your answers concerning the Congregational Profile and search for a Senior Pastor.

We ask that you fill out this information IN ITS ENTIRETY so that we can be more responsible in caring for and managing our church family. This information will also help us to publish a new church directory in March.




SECTION 2: CONGREGATIONAL PROFILE

Your participation in this section of our survey is vital to our search for a new Senior Pastor. We want to hear from every person in our congregation to assimilate as complete a profile as possible. We ask that each regularly attending teenager and adult complete a survey.

This profile will assist in the evaluation of our unique needs as a congregation and give prospective candidates insight to who we are.




DEADLINE TO COMPLETE SURVEY: MIDNIGHT, MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2010

Because the Search Committee is trying to move quickly to develop a profile of our church, this survey will only be available from Sunday, January 31 until midnight, Monday, February 15, 2010. We will not be able to incorporate into the church profile any surveys completed at a later date.



If you have interest in viewing the completed profile, we will publish the results for everyone to view at a later date. However, individual responses and personal information will be kept completely confidential.
