Welcome to The 2009 Mediation Audit for Lawyers.
This is the fourth biennial audit that CEDR has conducted in the last 8 years as part of its not-for-profit work to raise the profile of commercial mediation. The results of the audit will be published and are widely used in the Alternative Dispute Resolution field, as it helps inform us all about developments in the field.
The Survey – which is for lawyers in private practice or in house roles – includes questions about your personal mediation experience, as well as your views on the roles of mediators, mediation providers, clients and their representatives.
The audit is being conducted on an entirely anonymous basis. At no time will you be asked for your name, address or other identifying personal details (although at the end of the survey there is an option to insert an email address if you would like us to send you full results of the audit after publication of its findings).
The questionnaire should take no more than 14 minutes of your time. Please try to answer all questions.
