The Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District is asking for your help in evaluating the district’s Title I program. Each parent/guardian of every student is being asked to complete the following survey. Please take a moment to complete this form so that we can have a complete picture of how we are doing and how we can improve. Your answers to this survey are very important to us.
